Checkout and activation
The Donate page shows the current checkout availability. Payments remain disabled until the operator completes provider configuration, sandbox verification, seller details and the final policy review. Sandbox checkout does not charge real money. When live checkout is enabled, each package displays its price, currency and rewards before payment.
Payment and reward issues
If a payment or reward is missing, contact the published operator contact with the order reference. Do not pay again to resolve a pending delivery. The operator must investigate duplicate charges, undelivered rewards and refund requests using provider records. Never share card details, passwords or reward codes in a public forum.
If paid features are introduced
Before accepting payments, the operator must publish the seller identity, product descriptions, prices, payment method, delivery details, cancellation and refund terms, and a direct support contact. The applicable consumer rights depend on the operator and customer jurisdictions.
Existing payment issues
If you believe you paid for an L2Evolution service elsewhere, retain your payment reference and contact the operator through the official channel once published. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
