Who operates the service
The operator name, jurisdiction and direct contact details are shown below when supplied by the owner. This notice is a draft until those details and the final retention schedule are confirmed.
Information we process
When you register, we process account name, email and a password-derived credential. We process character/account data needed for the player panel, session identifiers, IP addresses and technical server logs for security and operation. Passwords are not displayed to staff in plaintext.
Community forum
Published forum topics and replies display your game account name and message publicly. Pending messages are visible to their author and administrators; reports, posting permissions and moderation history are available to administrators. Do not publish passwords or private account information. The forum uses salted IP hashes for anti-spam limits; action records are pruned after seven days when new actions occur. Posts, reports and moderation history remain stored until the operator removes them or applies a finalized retention policy.
Support packages and checkout
When support-package payments are activated, the payment provider processes payment details on its hosted checkout. L2Evolution stores your game account name, package and reward snapshot, amount, currency, provider references, order status and generated reward codes. Full card numbers and security codes are not collected by this website. Order records are used for delivery, support, reconciliation and investigating disputes; the operator must finalize their retention schedule before live activation.
Why we use it
We use account data to create and authenticate accounts, provide the game and panel, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents and respond to requests. The applicable legal bases and any international transfers require confirmation against the operator’s jurisdiction and hosting arrangements.
Where it goes
The website is hosted on a VPS and the game account data is intended to be accessed through a private SSH tunnel to a separate gameserver. The public catalog is a static snapshot. Google Fonts is loaded from Google services and may receive technical request data. No advertising or analytics tracker has been configured in this build.
Your choices and rights
You can change your account email and password in the player panel when the gameserver connection is available. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable; contact instructions will be published once the operator details are confirmed. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
Security and retention
The site uses HTTPS, restricted server-side configuration, password hashing for website credentials and limited session cookies. Data retention periods have not yet been finalized and must be completed before this is a final legal notice.
